Frame Size Guide
The right size frame is comfortable all day and looks proportional to your face. Here's how to find yours.
What the Numbers on a Frame Mean
Lens width — width of one lens (e.g. 52 mm)
Bridge — gap between lenses over your nose (e.g. 18 mm)
Total width — lens + bridge + lens (the key measurement)
Temple — arm length from hinge to tip (e.g. 140 mm)
How to Measure Your Face
Get a ruler or tape measure
You need something that measures in millimetres.
Measure face width
Place the ruler across your face from temple to temple (the widest point). That number is your face width.
Check the frame's total width
Add the lens width + bridge + lens width again. e.g. 52 + 18 + 52 = 122 mm total.
Match within ±5 mm
The frame total width should be within 5 mm of your face width for a comfortable fit.
